UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 22 (Reuters) - Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said on Tuesday Turkey was continuing efforts with all parties to end fighting between Saudi Arabia and Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi movement, saying continued hostilities benefited nobody.
