ERO•Ero Copper reported net income attributable to owners of $116.2 million, up 30% quarter over quarter, and adjusted EBITDA of $200.6 million, up 39%. It maintained full-year copper production guidance but raised copper cost guidance.
1. Quarterly results
Ero Copper attributed record third-quarter 2026 earnings to higher metal sales volumes, favorable prices and solid operating performance. Copper production rose 6% to 18,345 tonnes, driven by higher Caraíba throughput and grades, while historic concentrate recovery lifted total gold output 23%.
2. Cash flow and guidance
Operating cash flow increased 39% to $191.2 million, supporting $70 million in Senior Revolving Credit Facility repayments. Management maintained full-year copper production guidance but raised copper cost guidance, citing Brazilian real strength, inflationary pressures and delayed access to high-grade ore.
