ESS•Essex Property Trust entered a $275 million unsecured term loan agreement on Sept. 24, 2026, with an option to increase the facility by up to $225 million.
1. Loan terms
The term loan is scheduled to mature on Sept. 24, 2029, and has two one-year extension options. The facility may be increased by up to $225 million, to an aggregate size of $500 million.
