Estée Lauder director Jennifer Hyman notified the board she will retire effective Nov. 16, 2026, ahead of the 2026 annual meeting.
Hyman has served on the board since 2018. She sits on the audit committee, plus the nominating and ESG committee.
The retirement was described as a move to focus on new endeavors.
