Establishment Labs extends NuSil supply agreement through 2031
ESTA•Establishment Labs amended its NuSil supply agreement, extending the initial term through December 31, 2031, effective January 1, 2027.
1. Agreement extended
Establishment Labs signed an amendment with NuSil Technology through its wholly owned subsidiary ELSA on October 14, 2026. The amendment extends the initial term from December 31, 2026, to December 31, 2031, effective January 1, 2027.
2. Supply terms
The agreement covers NuSil’s manufacture and sale of medical-grade silicone for specified ELSA products. It provides for up to five automatic one-year renewals unless either party gives written notice by December 31 of the year before expiration. Revised provisions address payment and pricing, business continuity and intellectual property.
