Estrella Immunopharma opened University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center as a new site for its Phase I/II STARLIGHT-1 trial in relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
The study is evaluating EB103, a CD19-targeted ARTEMIS T-cell therapy, to assess safety and whether it shows evidence of clinical benefit.
No clinical results were reported; data from the expansion cohort are expected in the future to shape the pivotal trial strategy.
The company expects the new site to support screening and enrollment as the multi-center expansion phase continues.
