Estrella Immunopharma treats first patient with two EB103 doses in STARLIGHT-1 expansion phase
ESLA•Estrella Immunopharma said the first patient in STARLIGHT-1’s dose-expansion phase received two EB103 infusions three weeks apart, with no treatment-related serious adverse events reported in the first month.
1. First expansion patient treated
Estrella Immunopharma reported initial tolerability in the first patient receiving two EB103 infusions in the STARLIGHT-1 dose-expansion phase for relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The infusions were given three weeks apart, and no treatment-related serious adverse events were reported during the first month.
2. Earlier trial results
Previously reported dose-escalation results showed complete responses in all evaluable high-dose patients, with no treatment-related serious adverse events among nine treated patients. Expansion-cohort data will inform the pivotal trial strategy, and additional safety and efficacy results are planned for future reporting.
