Estée Lauder appoints Madeleine Boyd as senior vice president, global brand communications

The Estée Lauder Companies named Madeleine Boyd senior vice president, global brand communications, effective July 20, 2026.

Boyd will build and run an integrated global brand communications team to unify enterprise messaging and lift consumer-first storytelling and creator engagement.

She most recently served as global senior vice president, beauty and wellness at Together Group, overseeing strategy and growth across 15 agencies and consultancies.

Earlier roles included senior vice president, global beauty and wellness at Karla Otto, with prior experience at MECCA and Vogue Australia.
