EFTY•Etoiles Capital shareholders elected four directors at the October 15, 2026 annual meeting, each to serve a three-year term ending at the 2029 annual meeting.

Shareholders elected Kit Shing Cheung, Wesley Chu, Yeung Tak Chen and Nancy Yang as directors at the October 15, 2026 annual meeting. All four will serve three-year terms expiring at the 2029 annual meeting.
