Etu Energias signs deal with Chevron for Angola assets

Etu Energias said on Friday it had signed a sale and purchase agreement with Chevron to acquire the oil major's participating interests in Angola's Blocks 14 and 14K.
The deal comes after London-listed oil and gas producer Energean had said in June that its $260 million deal to buy Chevron's assets was in limbo after Angola-based Etu Energias matched its offer.
