EU Commission sells 2029 EU bonds at average yield of 3.486%

1. Auction results
The European Commission, on behalf of the European Union, auctioned bonds on October 26, allotting 2.4 billion euros of 2029 bonds, 2.293 billion euros of 2036 bonds and 1.621 billion euros of 2051 bonds. Their weighted average yields were 3.486%, 3.981% and 4.433%, and cover ratios were 1.24, 1.28 and 1.16, respectively.
