EUDA Health signs MOU with GO POSB, SIIT to develop off-the-shelf iPSC cell therapies

EUDA Health said it entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding with GO POSB Organoids and SIIT to develop off-the-shelf iPSC-based cell therapies for oncology and wellness.

The parties said they are targeting future development, GMP manufacturing, commercialization and global distribution, subject to definitive agreements and regulatory approvals. EUDA said it plans to fund the collaboration, drive commercialization and support global market access. The MOU was signed July 15, 2026.

GO POSB is contributing its iPSC platform and clinical-grade universal tumor organoid bank, while SIIT is providing NK and NK-TCR engineering capabilities and Shenzhen GMP manufacturing.

The program remains investigational, and any launch depends on funding, manufacturing, testing, clinical evaluation and regulatory clearances.
