- Jeff Millard joined as executive vice president, technical operations, effective July 13, 2026.
- Alex Therien, hired in November 2025, will lead research and development as executive vice president, research and development.
- Amanda Malone stepped down as chief scientific and operating officer, effective July 10, 2026.
- Operations shifted from Victoria to Vancouver, British Columbia, and Seattle; key leadership, including the CEO, will be based in Seattle.
