Eupraxia to present new RESOLVE Phase 1b/2 EP-104GI data at ACG, UEG meetings
EPRX•Eupraxia said updated analyses from its RESOLVE trial of EP-104GI in eosinophilic esophagitis will be presented at ACG on Oct. 12, 2026, and UEG on Oct. 18-19; interim Phase 2b data are expected in December 2026.

Abstracts indicate that swallowing symptoms improved and the benefit persisted through a year during dose escalation after one treatment; separate UEG data are set to describe improved tissue-level disease features. The randomized Phase 2b portion is recruiting.
