CLWT•Euro Tech Holdings signed a 50/50 joint venture agreement with Sea Clean AS, forming CleanPact Environmental and Marine Engineering AS to serve as a customer experience center for Portoballast port ballast water treatment.
1. Norway joint venture
Euro Tech Holdings and Sea Clean AS formed CleanPact Environmental and Marine Engineering AS under a 50/50 joint venture agreement. CleanPact will serve as a customer experience center for Portoballast port ballast water treatment, while Sea Clean is setting up and commissioning Portoballast at the Torvastad port site in Norway.
