Euroholdings extended time charters for feeder containerships M/V Joanna and M/V Aegean Express at higher gross daily rates.
- Joanna was fixed for a minimum 30 months at $24,000/day, starting Dec. 2, 2026.
- Aegean Express was fixed for 24-26 months at $20,500/day, starting Jan. 1, 2027.
- The combined charters are expected to generate about $24 million of EBITDA over the minimum contracted periods.
- Charter coverage rises to about 79% for 2026, 48% for 2027, and 47% for 2028.
