Europa Capital signs 22-year, 80,000-sq-ft expansion lease with Alliance Automotive at Panattoni Park Rotherham
GPC•Europa Capital signed a 22-year lease for an 80,000-sq-ft unit at Panattoni Park Rotherham, which Alliance Automotive Group will occupy. The letting brings the logistics asset to 100% occupancy and Alliance Automotive’s presence at the park to more than 710,000 sq ft.
1. Lease expands presence
Europa Capital, partnering with Panattoni, signed a 22-year lease for an 80,000-sq-ft unit at Panattoni Park Rotherham. Alliance Automotive Group took the entire unit, extending its presence at the park to more than 710,000 sq ft and moving the logistics asset to 100% occupancy.
