Renewed violence in the strategic Libyan city of Zawiya has once again disrupted the oil industry in the OPEC member country, with state oil firm NOC saying it could declare force majeure if drone attacks on energy assets in the city continued.
The Ukrainian military said on Tuesday it attacked an oil refinery in the Russian city of Orsk, the second-largest city in the Orenburg region and an important industrial hub.

Northwest European gasoline refining margins rise
Northwest European gasoline refining margins rose by $6.45 to $40.75 a barrel on Tuesday.
About 5,800 metric tons of gasoline E5 barges traded, with ExxonMobil and Sahara selling to BP and MB Energy.
Another 7,100 metric tons of gasoline E10 barges traded, with ExxonMobil, Gunvor, and Trafigura selling to TotalEnergies and ATL.
