European Enterprises Embrace Oracle Cloud for AI Workloads, ISG Report
According to ISG’s 2025 Provider Lens report, European enterprises are increasingly adopting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for AI-driven and data-intensive workloads, valuing its database leadership and multicloud integration. The report identifies Accenture, Capgemini and Cognizant as Leaders across three quadrants and highlights Oracle’s embedded AI agents in Fusion Applications to accelerate enterprise AI deployment.
1. Company Announces Private Placement Financing
Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $100,000 by issuing 2,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.06 for three years. The company expects to close the offering following receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including from the TSX Venture Exchange.
2. Related-Party Participation Details
A director of Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. has committed to subscribe for up to 1,000,000 units, representing gross proceeds of up to $50,000. The transaction qualifies as a related-party deal under Multilateral Instrument 61-101; however, management plans to rely on exemptions from both minority shareholder approval and formal valuation requirements, as the insider’s investment will not exceed 25% of the company’s market capitalization.
3. Use of Proceeds and Hold Period
Net proceeds from the financing will be deployed for general corporate purposes, including advancing the company’s portfolio of mining royalty interests in precious metals and critical minerals projects. All securities issued under the offering, including any finder’s units, will be subject to a four-month and one-day hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws.
