Euroseas holds annual shareholder meeting in Washington, DC

Euroseas held its 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders on July 23, 2026.
Shareholders endorsed the re-election of Aristides J. Pittas, Anastasios Aslidis and Aristides P. Pittas as Class A directors for three-year terms.
Shareholders also ratified Deloitte Certified Public Accountants, S.A. as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
