Eva Live signed an LOI to buy a controlling 51% stake in Airbeam Wireless Technologies, valuing Airbeam at about USD 16 million.
The deal includes an option to acquire the remaining 49% of Airbeam.
Planned applications for the combined businesses
The transaction aims to pair Airbeam’s beamforming with Eva Live’s AI for autonomous defense communications, satellite networking, and smart-city infrastructure.
