EverCommerce director Eric Richard Remer cut his direct stake to 5,022,792 shares through open-market sales from Aug. 28 to Sept. 1.
He disposed of 112,083 shares at weighted-average prices of $9.21, $8.91, and $8.24.
Another 212,227 shares were withheld at $10.61 to cover tax obligations, reducing direct holdings to 5,111,051 shares.
