Everspin demonstrates CXL-connected MRAM at SNIA Developer Conference 2026
MRAM•Everspin Technologies demonstrated what it called the first CXL-connected MRAM platform of its kind, targeting a persistent memory tier between DRAM and NAND. The demo highlighted nanosecond-class cache-line access and MRAM writes up to 100 times faster than NAND-based SSD storage.

Everspin demonstrated the platform at SNIA Developer Conference 2026, using a Supermicro server with an AMD EPYC 9355 processor, an AMD Alveo U250 FPGA and a Wolley CXL controller. Cited use cases included AI checkpointing, persistent key-value cache, memory pooling and shared persistent capacity across hosts.
