Everspin Q4 Revenue Up on 22% MRAM Sales, IBM Collaboration

Everspin Tech reported $14.8 million Q4 revenue and $0.11 non-GAAP EPS, driven by 22% MRAM product sales growth and collaboration with IBM on FCM4 and FCM5 modules. The company recorded $2 million in DoD contract income and ramped 64Mb xSPI STT-MRAM to full production.

Everspin Tech delivered $14.8 million in revenue and $0.11 non-GAAP EPS in Q4 2025. MRAM product sales rose 22% year-over-year, bolstered by collaboration with IBM on its FCM4 and FCM5 module designs.

2. DoD Contract and MRAM Production

The company recognized $2 million in other income from a Department of Defense contract to develop sustainment plans for onshore MRAM manufacturing. It ramped full production of its 64Mb xSPI STT-MRAM High-Reliability product, targeting aerospace and defense applications.

3. Product Roadmap and Partnerships

Everspin is qualifying higher-density 128Mb and 256Mb xSPI STT-MRAM parts for high-volume release in H2 2026 and plans a tape-out of a monolithic 256Mb device on TSMC’s 16nm FinFET node. It is also integrating its 64Mb device into Microchip’s PIC64-HPSC MPUs, aiming at harsh environment readiness.
