Everspin entered a strategic partnership with Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors to accelerate MRAM adoption in aerospace and defense systems.
Teledyne HiRel will initially offer Everspin’s 256Mb PERSYST STT-MRAM to military and aerospace customers as part of its memory portfolio.
The scope also includes other PERSYST STT-MRAM densities, including 64Mb and 128Mb, targeting long-life programs needing persistent, high-endurance memory.
Products will ship from Teledyne HiRel’s Milpitas, California facility, with customer availability expected in Q4 2026.
