Everus Construction amends JPMorgan-led credit agreement, ups term loan to $477.5 million

Credit agreement amended and expanded
Everus Construction Group entered a first amendment on Sept. 1, 2026 to its Oct. 31, 2024 credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase.
The amendment refinanced existing first-lien term loans and increased them by $200 million to $477.5 million.
Revolving commitments and pricing updated
Revolving credit commitments were refinanced and expanded by $125 million to $350 million.
Pricing was tightened to Term SOFR + 1.75%-2.5% or base rate + 0.75%-1.5%, tied to consolidated total net leverage.
