EVI Industries agrees to buy garment care operator Sudsies
EVI•EVI to acquire Sudsies and launch consumer garment care division
EVI Industries agreed to acquire Sudsies, a Miami-based consumer garment care provider, forming the base of a new consumer garment care division.
Sudsies generated about $21.7 million in revenue, $4.7 million in operating income, and $5.7 million in EBITDA for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026.
The transaction is expected to close promptly, subject to customary conditions, with Sudsies continuing under its brand led by founder Jason Loeb.
EVI expects the deal to be accretive for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
