Evolus reported inducement equity awards totaling 115,000 restricted stock units granted from April–July 2026 to 38 newly hired non-executive employees.
The grants were issued under the 2023 Inducement Incentive Plan, with grant dates ranging from April 7 to July 8, 2026.
The RSUs vest 25% on each annual anniversary of the vesting commencement date, subject to continued employment on the vesting dates.
