- Evolution Petroleum posted a fiscal 2026 net loss of USD 2.43 million, swinging from net income of USD 1.47 million a year earlier.
- Revenue edged up 0.6% to USD 86.34 million, while net loss on derivative contracts widened to USD 2.85 million from USD 473,000.
- Cash flows from operating activities fell to USD 23.52 million from USD 33.05 million, and interest expense climbed 29.6% to USD 3.85 million.
Capital spending, reserves and dividend
- Development capital expenditures totaled USD 5.5 million, and proved reserves rose to 27.2 MMBOE from 27.1 MMBOE.
- The board declared a quarterly dividend of USD 0.12 per share payable Sept. 30, 2026, and completed a USD 16 million Permian minerals acquisition.
