Evommune says Phase 2a trial shows EVO301 cuts EASI 55% at Week 12 in atopic dermatitis
EVMN•Evommune said Phase 2a results for EVO301 showed a 55% reduction in EASI at Week 12 in atopic dermatitis. The company plans to start a global, dose-optimized Phase 2b trial using a subcutaneous formulation in mid-2027.
1. Phase 2a results
Evommune presented additional proof-of-concept data for EVO301 in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis at EADV 2026. The company said responses continued to build in the weeks after the second dose and the safety profile was broadly comparable to placebo.
