Evotec’s operating loss more than doubled to EUR 254.78 million in the first nine months of 2026. Net loss widened 65% year over year to EUR 195.3 million, partly due to higher restructuring costs, while revenue fell 13% to EUR 465 million, with lower revenue recognition across all Discovery & Preclinical Development businesses.
Operating cash outflow more than doubled to EUR 155 million, primarily reflecting operating performance and related working-capital changes. The Horizon transformation ran slightly ahead of schedule, supporting plans to realize some targeted annual savings earlier. Full-year 2026 revenue guidance remained unchanged at EUR 570 million to EUR 610 million.
