Evotec Elects Weinand as Chair, Approves All AGM Items with 43.10%
EVO•EVO•EVO•EVO•Evotec shareholders approved all AGM agenda items with 43.10% share capital represented and re-elected Dr. Duncan McHale and Wesley Wheeler. Dieter Weinand and Dr. Wolfgang Hofmann were newly elected to the Supervisory Board, with Weinand appointed as Chairman, succeeding Prof. Dr. Iris Löw-Friedrich.
At Evotec's Annual General Meeting held June 11, shareholders representing 43.10% of registered share capital approved all agenda items with the required majority.
Dieter Weinand and Dr. Wolfgang Hofmann were elected to the Supervisory Board, and Weinand was appointed its Chairman, succeeding Prof. Dr. Iris Löw-Friedrich.
Dr. Duncan McHale and Wesley Wheeler were re-elected to the Supervisory Board; detailed voting results will be published shortly on Evotec's website.
