Evotec names Joanna Holbrook chief scientific officer and management board member

Evotec appointed Joanna Holbrook chief scientific officer and management board member, effective November 1, 2026. She will lead its global scientific strategy and brings more than 25 years of experience.

1. Leadership appointment

Holbrook most recently led cardiovascular, renal and hepatic disease research and in vitro discovery platforms at Novo Nordisk. She will lead Evotec’s global scientific strategy.
