XLAB•Exascale Labs Holdings signed an $8.21 million contract with Sunon for 12 NVIDIA HGX B300 GPU servers containing 96 GPUs, supporting equipment, deployment services and 36 months of IT operations support.
The agreement, signed October 9, 2026, covers deployment at a buyer-designated U.S. data center and excludes import duties and taxes. Payment terms require a 30% down payment, with the remaining 70% due within five business days of a shipment-readiness notice. Delivery is subject to the down payment, chip manufacturer approval and all export and import authorizations.
