Exelon names Kleczynski chief financial officer
EXC•Exelon names new CFO
U.S. utility Exelon EXC.O on Tuesday named Robert Kleczynski its chief financial officer, effective October 5.
- Kleczynski has led Exelon's accounting, reporting and tax functions, strengthening financial governance to support ongoing investment in reliable energy infrastructure, the company said.
- He will succeed Jeanne Jones, who will become executive vice president of finance and strategy.
- Jones, the company's CFO since 2022, previously served as senior vice president of corporate finance, managing engagement with investors, analysts and rating agencies.
- The changes are part of a broader reshuffle that includes the planned 2027 departure of Chief Operating Officer Mike Innocenzo, who also serves as interim president and chief executive of PECO, Pennsylvania's largest electric and natural gas utility.
- ComEd CFO Josh Levin will become Exelon's senior vice president of finance on January 1, 2027, overseeing long-term financial planning, investor relations and business planning.
