Exelon names Robert Kleczynski CFO as Jeanne Jones shifts to finance, strategy role

Exelon reshuffled finance leadership, effective Oct. 5, with CFO Jeanne Jones moving to executive vice president of finance and strategy.
Jones has served as CFO since 2022, overseeing capital investment, financial planning and reporting, investor relations, tax, risk and M&A.
Robert Kleczynski, senior vice president for corporate controller, tax and principal accounting officer, will become CFO, reporting to Jones.
ComEd finance succession set for 2027
ComEd CFO Josh Levin will become Exelon senior vice president of finance on Jan. 1, 2027, reporting to Kleczynski.
Levin will be succeeded at ComEd on Jan. 1, 2027 by Andrew Plenge, vice president of strategy and energy policy.
