EXL named Bhupender Singh as President and Head of International Growth Markets effective May 12, 2026. He will report directly to Chairman and CEO Rohit Kapoor and become a member of the executive committee.

In this role, Singh will architect go-to-market strategies and unite cross-cultural teams to drive revenue acceleration and market share gains across the EMEA and APAC regions.
3. Singh’s Leadership Background
Singh brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, most recently serving as president and Co-CEO of Teleperformance where he managed operations in 93 countries and over €10 billion in revenues. He also led Intelenet Global Services to over 60% organic revenue growth and doubled EBITDA.
