EXLService announces availability of 2025 sustainability report
EXLS•EXLService Holdings published its seventh annual sustainability report, reporting a 64% reduction in combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions from a 2019 baseline and 54% renewable energy in its global energy portfolio.

The report, titled “Embedding Sustainability,” covers the company’s 2025 progress. It says Scope 3 emissions fell about 19%, about 74% of operational space was in green or LEED-certified facilities, and 78% of the workforce participated in volunteering and giving, contributing nearly 100,000 volunteer hours benefiting more than 139,000 people.
