Expion Energy names Robert Winspear CFO, replacing Shawna Bowin

Expion360 named Robert “Bob” Winspear chief financial officer, effective Aug. 25, 2026.
Winspear replaces Shawna Bowin, who stays through end-October 2026 to support the transition.
Winspear previously served as CFO at Blackboxstocks from September 2021 to June 2026, including its $1 billion merger with REalloys.
He also ran Winspear Investments, a Dallas private investment firm, following earlier CFO roles including Excel Corp.
