- Same-store revenue increased 2.4% to $690.19 million; same-store NOI grew 3.5% to $496.08 million as expenses edged down 0.5%.
- Ending same-store occupancy slipped 0.2 percentage point to 94.2%; 17 operating stores were purchased for $90.7 million.
