Extreme Networks enters $500 million five-year revolving credit facility led by JPMorgan Chase

Extreme Networks entered a new credit agreement on July 29, 2026 for a 5-year USD 500 million revolving loan facility led by JPMorgan Chase.
The facility replaced the company’s prior credit agreement; borrowings were used to repay the existing debt, fees, and expenses.
Borrowings, pricing and maturity
USD 200 million was drawn at closing, leaving USD 300 million of remaining revolving commitments available.
Pricing is tied to either adjusted term SOFR or an alternate base rate, with margins ranging from 1.25% to 2% or 0.25% to 1%.
The facility matures July 29, 2031; it is secured by substantially all assets and includes leverage and interest-coverage covenants.
