FactSet's Q4 FY26 revenue rose 6% to $634.7 million, while GAAP diluted EPS fell 15% to $3.41. Operating income declined 12% to $156.62 million, and operating margin narrowed 5 percentage points to 24.7%. Net income fell 21% to $121.13 million; annual subscription value rose 7% to $2.57 billion.
2. FY27 outlook
FactSet forecast FY27 revenue of $2.6 billion to $2.63 billion and GAAP diluted EPS of $17.00 to $17.50. Management said AI solutions ASV added in FY26 more than doubled year over year.
