Shares slump after outlook and revenue miss estimates
Fair Isaac Corp. FICO.N shares slumped 16.2% to $1,151.88, putting them on track for their steepest one-day drop since 2020.
The credit-scoring giant lifted its FY26 view to revenue of $2.53 billion and adjusted EPS of $42.43. But analysts on average were expecting revenue of $2.55 billion and EPS of $43.18, according to data compiled by LSEG.
FICO's Q3 revenue of $674.2 million lagged estimates of $678.9 million.
16 of 23 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, six "hold" and one "sell"; the median price target is $1,549.50.
Including the session's move, the stock was down 31.9% year to date, underperforming the S&P 500's .SPX 7.8% rise.
