Fairmount Healthcare Fund II LP bought 853,450 Crescent Biopharma ordinary shares at $14.5 each, lifting its stake to 3,601,316 shares.
The fund also bought 525,897 Pre-Funded Warrants at $14.5, taking its warrant position to 2,294,037.
Tomas Kiselak, managing member of Fairmount Funds Management, was listed as a reporting person on the filing.
