FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem signed definitive agreements to acquire Faraday Future’s robotics assets and business at an approximate $200 million valuation. FFR will issue shares at $2.246 each, described as an approximately 50% premium, and management plans to present 2026 guidance and business plans on Oct. 26.
