About 237,615 potential warrants were eliminated, cutting nearly 40% of the round’s potential maximum dilution.
The amendment completed the cancellation of all warrants originating from the March 2025 financing, following terminations disclosed in January 2026.
All five investors signed the amendment, which also adjusted remaining closing mechanics.
