FFAIFFAI

Faraday Future flagged weak market performance and will roll out a correction plan for its EAI Robotics unit, plus major changes to AIxC, while maintaining full IP ownership of its high-volume Super One vehicle. The company also secured a collaboration with a top Chinese automaker to drive 2026 deliveries.

1. Strategic Reflection and Market Performance

Founder YT Jia acknowledged that weak market performance over recent months has affected investor returns and said the company’s introduction of a crypto strategy and early robotics products diluted focus from scaled EAI vehicle deliveries and its operating foundation.

2. Super One Collaboration and IP Rights

Following an upgraded Bridge Strategy collaboration agreement, Faraday Future secured support from a leading Chinese automaker and supply chain partner for its high-volume Super One MPV. The company retains full foreground intellectual property rights for Super One, including modifications for US regulatory compliance and AI software advancements.

3. Upcoming Improvement Plans and Legal Actions

Jia announced that next week’s report will detail a correction and improvement plan for the EAI Robotics unit and major changes to the AIxC business. He also revealed efforts to identify parties involved in illegal trading and manipulative social media activity and pledged legal action to protect shareholders.
