Farmer Mac declares Q3 dividend of $1.6 a share on common stock classes

Farmer Mac declared a third-quarter dividend of $1.6 per share across its three classes of common stock.
The dividend is payable Sept. 30, 2026 to shareholders of record Sept. 15, 2026.
Quarterly preferred dividends were also declared across six series, ranging from $0.3 to $0.43 per share. Those preferred dividends cover July 17, 2026 through Oct. 17, 2026.
Preferred holders of record Oct. 1, 2026 will receive payment on the business day after Oct. 17, 2026.
