Farmer Mac appointed Nader Pasdar executive vice president, chief business officer, effective Aug. 17, 2026.
Pasdar will report to President and CEO Zachary N. Carpenter, who moved into the top job on July 1.
Pasdar was CEO of Rabo Securities, managing director and head of markets North America at Rabobank.
He has more than 25 years’ experience in agricultural finance, lending, capital markets, relationship management, debt capital markets and syndications.
