FAMI•Framework agreement to acquire Brazilian agricultural trading company
Farmmi signed a framework agreement to acquire 100% of Four Seasons Holding Group Brazil, a Brazilian agricultural supply-chain trading company.
The target trades agricultural commodities globally, including soybeans, sugar, chicken, beef, and other products.
Final price will be set following an independent valuation of the target’s equity interests.
Consideration is expected to be paid in Farmmi Class A ordinary shares, with terms to be set in definitive agreements.
The deal is aimed at expanding Farmmi’s agricultural supply-chain footprint in Brazil and linking South American supply with international markets.
